§ Mr. MasonThe latest figures available are for 1975. These were published in answer to the hon. Member for Torbay (Sir F. Bennett) on 26th February 1976.—[Vol. 906, c. 305.] Our estimate of Soviet defence expenditure has recently been revised and now stands at 11–12 per cent. of gross national product.
