Mr. Alan WilliamsThe terms of reference and objectives of the Small Firms Counselling Service were outlined by my hon. Friend the then Minister of State, Department of Industry on 14th April in answer to a Question from my hon. Friend the Member for Coventry, North-West (Mr. Robinson). The location of the counselling centres in the South-West Region has not yet been decided, but it is intended to seek sites which will enable the majority of business men to use the service with a minimum of inconvenience. I cannot at this stage say whether or not Bodmin would meet this criterion.
