§ Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish details of the number of applications to rent tribunals there have been since they were created; and how many of these have been reapplications concerning the same tenant and landlord.
§ Mr. ArmstrongRent tribunals have been in operation since 1946. Readily available statistics of applications to rent tribunals are available from 1964, and are shown below on an annual basis. Reapplications concerning the same landlord and the same tenant cannot be identified separately.
