§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will move to appoint a Select Committee to investigate the need for the amendment of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act and for a Freedom of Information Act based upon the United States and Swedish Acts and to report to the House on all matters connected therewith.
