Mr. Pardoe

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report the full accident statistics relating to invalid tricycles with manual gearbox, automatic transmission, electrically propelled models and four-wheeled vehicles, respectively, in Scotland for the year ended 31st March 1976, listing the full information under the categories as published in England since September 1973.

In the two accidents involving the death of the driver of a three-wheeler, police reports indicated in one case that the driver had had a heart attack while driving and in the second that the accident arose from the negligence of the 3-wheeler driver.
