§ Mr. JohnThe terms of reference of the Criminal Law Revision Committee are to review, in consultation with the Policy Advisory Committee on Sexual Offences, the law relating to and penalties for sexual offences. This review embraces all aspects of the law on sexual offences and submissions on any issues falling within its scope—including those concerning the general principle of equal treatment—will be considered.
