§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will give an assurance that no decision will be made to proceed with a commercial fast breeder reactor until the report of the Royal Commission on the Environment concerning the hazards associated with this technology has been published and an opportunity given for its debate by Parliament.
