§ 28. Mr. Michael McNair-Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to receive the report by the European Commission on Human Rights about allegations of torture used in the interrogation of internees in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. HattersleyThe Commission's report was forwarded in confidence to Her Majesty's Government, and to all other member Governments of the Council of Europe, on 9th February.
