§ Mr. John MorrisThe Government are determined to return to much lower levels of unemployment in Cardigan as elsewhere in the United Kingdom. The last two nursery units of the four completed in November 1973 at Cardigan were occupied last month and I announced a further 10,000 square feet unit for the area in May 1975. In addition special measures have been introduced to deal with the various aspects of the general unemployment problem.
