§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will introduce legislation to apply the Protection of Eyes Regulations and other regulations made under the Factories Act to all employees at work.
§ Mr. John GrantSection 1(2) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 provides for existing Regulations, Orders and other instruments in force to be progressively replaced. The Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission informs me that a review of all existing legislation is taking place, but this will necessarily be spread over a number of years.
