§ Mr. John FraserI have no information about faked invoices circulating in West Yorkshire, but if my hon. Friend can provide details I will have them investigated. Relevant powers are contained in the Unsolicited Goods and Services Acts 1971 and 1975 and subsequent regulations. The total number of successful prosecutions under these Acts is not readily available, but the frequency of prosecutions has now greatly diminished.
