§ Mr. Gerry FowlerI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Stockport, North (Mr. Bennett) on 28th June 1976—[Vol. 914, c. 40]. The decision to reduce the intake in 1977 will not of itself require further college closures.
