§ Mr. Gorstasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the mental and physical health of Mr. Donald Smith of Burnt Oak, Edgware, who was committed to prison on 13th January for contempt of court, has deteriorated while he has been in Pentonville Prison; and whether he has required or received any medical attention or examination during the time he has been in prison.
§ Dr. SummerskillMr. Smith was medically examined on reception and then received appropriate medical attention for a minor ailment. He was released from Pentonville on 29th January.
