§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will now make a statement on Government proposals for assisting the paper industry with schemes for waste paper collection and the installation of machinery for treatment and processing.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThe Government are considering how they can best help to increase the recycling of waste paper. I am not in a position to make a statement at present, but will do so as soon as possible.
