§ Mr. Warrenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will review the taxation of war widows' pensions, particularly those paid to the widows of Commonwealth Service men living in Great Britain, bearing in mind that the United Kingdom is the only country amongst the older Commonwealth nations and one of the minority in Western Europe which requires such taxation.
