§ Mr. Wallasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, in view of the length of the delays, she will now give approval for a health centre at Elloughton.
§ Dr. OwenIt is for regional health authorities, in consultation with area health authorities, to decide on the priority of health centre schemes in their region. I have not yet had any proposals from the Yorkshire Regional Health Authority, but I understand that it is considering this scheme along with others for possible inclusion in its health centre programme for 1976–77 and future years.
