§ Mr. Gorstasked the Attorney-General if he will institute a review of the operation of the law relating to committal for contempt, particularly in matrimonial cases involving a breach of a court's order with regard to the custody of children.
§ The Attorney-GeneralMy noble Friend has no reason to believe that such a review is required. The Phillimore Committee has reported upon the law of contempt generally and the report is under consideration.
