asked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he is able to estimate the probable net benefit to the United Kingdom balance of payments during 1976–77 if the proposed Skytrain were allowed to commence operations and reached the maximum licensed number of passengers—255,040 per annum—between Stanstead and New York.
