asked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) what was the value of exports to Norway of items covered by the duty-free quota system for each year since the agreement was signed; and what were the corresponding figures for imports from that country;

(2) what was the value of exports to Sweden of items covered by the duty-free quota system for each of the past four years; and what were the corresponding figures for imports from that country;

(3) what was the value of exports to Finland of items covered by the duty-free quota system for each of the past four years; and what were the corresponding figures for imports from that country.

Figures for our imports under the agreements for the commodities in question—paper and some paper-based products—and for the corresponding exports, were as follows:

(2) what have been the imports of hand-held calculators and desk calculators in 1974 and in 1975 from Japan, and from countries other than Japan; and which have been the major suppliers.

The import statistics do not distinguish between hand-held and desk calculators. Following is the available information for all type of calculators:
