§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieAs regards the rates for an individually posted copy of a 250 grammes magazine, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given him on 5th December 1975 by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary. Conditions covering bulk inland posting rates and discounts—where they exist—vary widely from country to country; the conditions are not generally available here, and I regret that meaningful comparison could not be formulated without a disproportionate expenditure of time on international inquiries.
