§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieIn England the National Enterprise Board has responsibilities for industrial development corresponding to those of the Scottish and Welsh Development Agencies. The Board is establishing a regional office in Merseyside to help fulfil its responsibilities there and elsewhere in the North-West.
