asked the Attorney-General if he will publish details of the guidance given to registrars of county courts as to the investment of money paid as damages to minors.

Registrars are primarily bound in this matter by the relevant statutory rules made by the County Court Rules Committee. District registrars receive regular general investment advice from the Public Trustee, but this naturally varies from time to time with market conditions. I will place a copy of the most recent version in the Library.
