§ Mr. Gouldasked the Minister for the Civil Service, in relation to the British Transport Commission Act 1953, if it is still in force, what is its cost from Her Majesty's Stationery Office in printed form; if it is still in print; what is its cost from Her Majesty's Stationery Office in photocopy form; and if he is satisfied that the public interest is properly served by the arrangements made by Her Majesty's Stationery Office for the availability of the Act.
§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe British Transport Commission Act 1953 is still in force. Printed copies are no longer available, but Her Majesty's Stationery Office will supply photocopies at a cost of 7p per page or £4.20 for the complete Act. I am satisfied that this arrangement is adequate to serve the public interest.
