§ Mr. ArmstrongControls over expenditure on local authority house improvement were introduced in 1975–76. The allocations for Northumberland are as follows:

Those for 1976–77 reflect more closely the amount of work proposed by each authority within the priority categories answered by my hon. Friend on 4th August last.
