asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many ratepayers there are in Wales in each of the main categories.

An analysis of hereditaments in Wales, as at 1st April 1975, is given below. No readily available information exists on the actual number of rate payers.

4. Approvals details cover all IDCs issued. Completions details cover schemes involving new building, including extensions, but do not cover changes of use.
