Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs told the520W House on 20th January, on that day I sent an invitation to the Icelandic Prime Minster, Mr. Hallgrimsson, to visit London in the near future for talks about a negotiated settlement of the Anglo/Icelandic fisheries dispute.
