§ Mr. Molloyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will publish in the Official Report a list of regional health authorities and area health authorities which have now added two representatives from among those working in the National Health Service.
§ Dr. OwenRegional and area health authorities in England already include at least one doctor and one nurse among their membership. On 16th January the Department issued a consultative paper on arrangements for the election of two further members to serve on each authority drawn from the other professions and staff working in the National Health Service. These appointments will not be made until the process of consultation is complete.
