Member a copy of Development Control Policy Note 13, issued in February 1972, 391W which contains my Department's advice on the development of out of town shopping facilities. The subject is being reexamined as part of the wider review of policy on location of new commercial development which my right hon. Friend announced to the House on 30th July 1974.
