§ Mr. BishopThe denaturing of skimmed milk powder and its incorporation into animal feeding stuffs is already authorised by EEC Regulations. Since the United Kingdom acceded to the European Community in February 1973, 47,807 tons of powder had been denatured and214W incorporated into animal feed by 31st December 1975.
