§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI hope to present legislation to give effect to the proposals set out in the White Paper on Racial Discrimination shortly. The published Bill will make clear the scale of resources which, subject to the approval of Parliament, it is intended to allocate to the new Commission and the level of staffing which that will permit.
