§ Mr. ArmstrongOf the extra £32 million for public sector construction work in the United Kingdom. Merseyside has been allocated £1.15 million for National Health Service and education projects. A firm figure for housing improvements and other local authority services cannot yet be provided as the £3.5 million available in the North-West Region for these purposes is still being allocated to individual projects.
