§ Mr. FreesonAs I showed in my reply on 14th January to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Bolsover (Mr. Skinner)—[Vol. 903, c. 3591—we have already produced a major expansion in the public sector. In the private sector our stabilisation measures have done much to restore confidence; starts are now running at about 12,600 a month as compared with 7,500 a month a year ago.
