§ Mr. Richard Wainwrightasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek powers to require all public transport executives to make arrangements for mutually honouring concessionary fare arrangements of neighbouring public transport executive's for cross-boundary journeys.
§ Dr. GilbertSuch arrangements would inevitably entail increases in expenditure in 1976–77 for which the recent rate support grant settlement makes no provision.
