§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonThe project began on 1st November 1971. Kirklees District Council decided on 3rd December 1975 that the project should be discontinued in its existing form. The total cost up to 31st March 1976, exclusive of social action expenditure, is estimated at £197,753.
