§ Mr. Spearingasked the Minister for the Civil Service what regulations exist in respect of retirement pensions of civil servants of Assistant Secretary grade and above who after retirement assume salaried appointments outside the public service; and where notifications have to be made if he will list particulars of such notifications since 1st January 1972.
§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisNone. As with other occupational pension schemes in both private and public serctors, the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme does not restrict the right of the pensioner to to draw his pension if he takes up employment with another employer.
