§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Energy what estimate he has made of the approximate value of proven reserves of North Sea oil in the following sections, respectively: in waters round Orkney and Shetland, in water south of Orkney and Shetland but north of the border between Scotland and England extended out to sea at the same angle as 3W it is on land and in waters south of such an extension of the border.
