§ Mr. William RossIf my hon. Friend is referring to the powers of local authorities to provide entertainments under Section 91 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, the restrictions on such expenditure previously contained in Section 132 of the Local Government Act 1948 were repealed by the 1973 Act.
