§ Mr. MarksI would refer the hon. Member to the reply given on 17th February 1976. The display of CD plates by persons who are not members of a diplomatic mission is an affectation. Such plates have no official status in the United Kingdom and confer no immunities on their users.—[Vol. 905, c. 667.]
