§ Mr. MarksIn the last two years there have been seven crossover accidents, of which one involved two fatalities and another caused one serious injury. It is not the policy to erect crash barriers on308W all-purpose roads other than in exceptional circumstances. The accident rate on this length of road does not justify such provision.
