§ Mr. EnnalsThe Secretary-General of the United Nations has begun a process of consultation in accordance with Resolutions 3458A and 3458B with the appointment of Mr. Rydbeck as his Special Representative on the Western Sahara. Her Majesty's Government welcomed this development. Mr. Rydbeck visited Spain and the Western Sahara earlier this month to discuss the implementation of the Resolutions, and we await his report with interest.
