254Wamine the findings and conclusion of the Parliamentary Commissioner relating to the complaint arising from the decision of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre to ignore the period before a vehicle registration record is transferred to the central computerised system when they enter on the new registration document the number of former keepers of a vehicle, and arrange for the new system to be adapted to show where the existing owner has in fact been the sole keeper at an early date.
§ Dr. GilbertAlthough I agree that an adaptation of this kind is desirable, I am afraid that I cannot give it priority over more pressing work at the Centre.
