§ Mr. Corbettasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the investigation under Section 49 of the Police Act 1964 into allegations made by Mr. George Davis against police officers is taking into account new evidence concerning the possible involvement of Mr. Maurice O'Mahoney in a raid on the LEB offices at Ilford in April 1974.
