§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will introduce legislation banning the issue of insurance schemes providing benefits similar to those lost by the removal of licence to those motorists banned from driving as a result of the totting up system or a conviction under the Road Safety Act 1967.
