§ Mr. Alfred MorrisI have read with interest this valuable preliminary review of the possibilities of helping mobility allowance beneficiaries to purchase vehicles. I am most grateful to the Central Council for all the work it is doing and will continue to keep in close172W touch with it as its studies progress. Moreover, I shall give it whatever help I can in pursuing these studies.
