§ Mr. FreesonI refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to him by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 4th February. My hon. Friend will no doubt have noted the final house building figures for 1975 published on 17th February which show that both starts and completions in the public sector were somewhat higher than the estimates previously given.—[Vol. 904, c. 1193–4.]
