§ Mr. Nottasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will list all the increased expenditure, on job creation and the labour market, announced since the 1975 Budget, both in gross terms, and in net terms, i.e., after direct tax and national insurance has been deducted from the gross sum, and having offset the expenditure saved on unemployment benefit, supplementary benefit, redundancy payments and PAYE refunds.
