§ Mr. Clinton DavisThese are both matters for the chairman and members of the committee of inquiry. I understand, however, that the committee has not invited any individual bodies or parties to submit evidence to it and has not published guidelines to assist those bodies wishing to submit evidence. The committee has issued a general invitation calling for evidence, and its terms of reference make clear the matters on which evidence would be welcomed.
