asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, following the return of Lord Shackleton's Mission, he has any statement to make about the future of the Falkland Islands.

Mr. Rowlands

Lord Shackleton expects to complete his report by the end of March. I cannot anticipate his recommendations.
