Mr. Crawford

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the fact that a large number of ewes have been killed by cars on the improved section of the A93 at Glenshee, he will instruct Tayside Regional Council to erect safety fencing on the two-mile section of that road south of the Devil's Elbow.

This is a matter for the Tayside Regional Council, as local highway authority.
