§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that there are no plans to single out the new towns for special treatment under the job creation programme. However, the implementation of the programme is constantly under review, and if my hon. Friend would like to suggest how the programme might be implemented in the new towns the Commission will give sympathetic consideration to his views.
